October sees 15 members of the club travelling to the Congress Theatre, Eastbourne for the annual District Conference. This is a great opportunity to meet colleagues from around the district, learn more about the work done by the clubs, and be entertained. Over 1200 people attended, representing nearly 70 of the 82 clubs in the district of Kent and East Sussex. We enjoyed really good speakers, including Ann Widdecombe MP and artist Graham Clarke.
