Well, a second consecutive year as President! A check of the Club records shows that I have joined a very select band of Rotarians who have served two terms as President. This state of affairs has been forced upon the Club by the unexpected resignation of the President Elect for personal reasons. I am delighted to continue in office for the good of the Club. I will continue to support our regular activities. Encouraged by the success of our visit to Normandy in spring 2008 I will arrange another weekend away in spring 2009, hopefully to Gibraltar – watch this space! Meanwhile we will continue to enjoy fellowship and good company.We are always on the lookout for like-minded individuals to join us.
